How do I add or change email address(es) of those receiving nightly FTP process results?

To change the email list of those receiving the nightly FTP process, you MUST change Site Standards by doing the following

  • Click on the “Automated Tax Warrant System” button on the main ATWS system menu
  • Click on “Maintenance” found on the top menu bar and then choose the “Site Standards” option
  • Enter the ATWS Administrative password
  • Change the list of email addresses (separate multiple email addresses with a semi-colon or comma) after the “Email FTP reports:” prompt at the bottom of the form
  • Click the “Save & Exit” button
